Charles R. McClenning is a self-taught artist who has been designing and creating his whole life. He has imagined a new land that he calls The Villages of Halloween County. This is a place where crime is non-existent and trust prevails. Its people look out for each other and the community is strong, but the most important thing all residents share is the love of everything Halloween.
